09:30am: Beginning of competition & launch of challenges.
1:00pm - 2:00pm: Lunch & Networking & Musical break.
2:00pm - 5:00pm: Resumption of competition.
5:00pm - 5:30pm: Networking & Coffee break.
5:30pm - 6:00pm: Deliberation & announcement of results (There would be one winning team for every challenge).
FST HACKATHON is an annual hackathon at the Faculty of Science of Tunis, El Manar. It's a place for students to learn new skills and come up with creative solutions using technology. To help along the way, we provide mentorship. Beginners are welcome!
The event is open to college students over 18 years old. This includes undergraduate and graduate students from other universities. All levels of experience are welcome! Beginner? No problem! We'll have mentors for guidance. Interested in learning something new? Come with us and discover technology. Be Careful Of The Clown!!!
We're a group of FST students who love organizing and attending hackathons and also learning technologies. If you enjoy both of these, you should apply to join our team when applications are open in October! Applications will be posted on our Facebook page. What should I bring?
Yourself, your valid university ID(or ID Card), a laptop, chargers, or anything else you might need. Alcohol, illegal drugs, and power tools are not allowed. Smiles and high-fives are welcome.
How do teams work?
Teams can be up to 3 members. If you don't have a team, check out our Facebook group. Joining a team of new friends is the best part of a hackathon. It's also okay to show up and find a team on the day of the event!
How do I volunteer at FST HACKATHON?
Volunteer applications is not available for now, maybe for the next version ;)
When does registration close?
Registration closes January 25th at 11:59 PM. If you are accepted, an email will confirm your registration. REMEMBER !!! Places are LIMITED!
How much money will this cost me?
21 DT for a team. IEEE FST CS provides students with Wi-Fi, meals, swag, workspace, and prizes for all of our events!
What do I wear?
Wear whatever you are most comfortable in! No need to wear anything professional.
Any rules?
All work must be done at the event. You can't demo something you didn't build.
